Hot and Spicy Soup is one of the most popular soup recipe among all soups. This recipe is very healthy and have good nutritional value. This recipe is mostly used in winter and monsoon season. This recipe is mostly available in most of the Restaurants. This soup can be prepared by any one at home.

Ingredients of Pepper soup

1.00 no Cabbage

3.00 no Onion
2.00 no Tomato
6.00 no Green Mirchi
5.00 no Beans
6.00 no Garlic Leaves
1.00 no Ginger
1.00 no Lemon
1.00 cup Vegetable Oil
2.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Soya Sauce
1.00 tbsp Black Pepper
1.00 cup Corn Flour
1.00 liter Water

Pepper soup

First take 2 carrots, 2 onion, small cabbage, 2 tomato, 4 – 5 green beans, 5 – 6 green mirchi, small piece of ginger, 7 – 8 garlic leaves, 1 capsicum, 1 lemon.

STEP : 1

Now finely chop Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Capsicum, Carrot, Green Mirchi, Cabbage, Tomato into fine pieces and aggregate into a plate. Take out lemon juice.

My favorite thing during winters is soups. The most perfect and preferable dish to have is this one. As it is so healthy and helps in my sour throat problems during winters. As i always get cold during winters, doctor has recommended me to eat something hot. So i tried to have soups. This one is really nice choice to me as it is really healthy and is so delicious and tasty. I have made this today and i am so happy with this one. Its flavour is very nice and smells really awesome. I've made this recipe numerous times and love it! I made slight alterations: I roast and add habenero peppers for heat, and I also add roasted garlic, which only intensifies the taste. Yummy recipe!
