Ingredients of Pepper rice
STEP : 1
Be ready with all the vegetables that we are going to use in the dish so that it made easy to do the recipe.

Take the rice of 1/2 cup pour water to it and keep it on the stove for boiling purpose in a medium flame.

Take the black pepper of 1 table spoon and made them dry roast them in a pan in a low flame.

After some time the rice is boiled at this stage keep the flame in a low flame and wait for some time.

Clean the vegetables in a bowl containing the water and clean them in it with the water neatly which is used for the process.

Take the curry leaf and add it to water in order to clean them to remove any dirt from it in the bowl.

After cleaning cut the ramamulakaya in to the small pieces and collect 1/4 cup of that pieces separately which is used for the process.

Also cut the cleaned green chili in to the small flakes and collect them to one plate which is used in the process.

After frying of the black pepper cool them out and made it to smash with the help of the smasher easily.

We can see that it will smash to fine powder and collect those powder and kept aside for further preparation process.

After the rice is cooked well add 2 table spoons of oil to it and mix well in order to separate the rice particles without touching each other.

Take a pan add oil of 3 table spoon to it and made the oil to heat in a low flame.

After that add the cardamom of 1 no to the oil and made it heat in a the oil in a low flame.

Now add the bay leaf to it and made them heat in the oil for some time in a low flame.

Add the black pepper seeds to the oil directly for the flavour to the oil in a low flame made them fry.

Add the green chili flakes and the ramamulakaya pieces to the pan and cook them in the oil in a low flame.

After they are cooked add the powdered black pepper of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well with the pieces.

Now add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to the pan and mix well with the pieces until it gets dissolve in the pan.

After that add the curry leafs of 1 no directly to the pan and mix well in the pan with all the ingredients.

Add the boiled rice of 1/2 cup to it and mix well in the pan and then take in to the serving bowl.
