Ingredients of Pepper chicken
STEP : 1
Take the chicken cubes and cut them into small pieces as shown in the figure. Wash and clean them very well.

Add a spoon of vinegar, salt and a sufficient amount of freshly ground black pepper and then mix all the ingredients well.

Chop the green chili and spring onion into small pieces. Peel and wash the onion and cut them into small pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into small slices.

Heat olive oil in a kadai and add the marinated chicken pieces to the same and fry them very well till they turn golden brown.

After the chicken is fried remove them from the flames and drain off the excess oil and keep it in a bowl.

Add oil in a tawa and heat it. Add the garlic cloves and deep fry them till they are brown in color.

Add the onion slices and fry them well so that they turn pinkish in color and are slightly softened. Add a pinch of salt.

Add the green chili and capsicum to the tawa and fry them well till they are softened and mix with the rest of the contents.

Add the fried chicken cubes and then mix it with the rest of the contents and cook for 4-5 minutes.

After the chicken is cooked then add a little spring onion and mix it very well with the rest of the contents and it is ready to be served.
