STEP : 1
Take chicken cut and clean properly and keep aside.Then take onion, ginger, garlic. tomato, bell paper, milk, curd, kashmiri mirch all those things bring together.

Chop the onion and keep aside then cut the bell paper, paste the ginger and garlic and tomato together,and chicken and another masala keep together.

take a pressure cooker and add some water and the chicken and salt and boil the chicken properly and keep aside.

Hot a pan and add some oil when the oil is become hot add the chopped onion and some salt and fry this.

Then add the ginger garlic and tomato paste in to the fried onion and cook for five minutes in low flame.

Then add the boiled chicken into the masala and add some salt and sugar in to the chicken and cook for 5 minutes in high flame.

Then add the dished bell paper in to the chicken and cook the chicken and bell paper for 5 minutes in low flame.

Then add the bitten curd in to the chicken and cook for 2 minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the kashmiri red chili powder in ti the chicken and cook for another 2 minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

Then add the milk in to the chicken and cook for another two minutes on low flame on the gas oven.Then off the gas oven.

Then serve hot this bell paper chicken in a serving bowl . Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or hot steamed rice or fried rice.
