  • 1.25 tbsp Cumin seeds

  • 4.00 nos Dry red chilli
  • 5.00 nos Green chillies
  • 1.25 tbsp Mint leaves
  • 1.25 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2.00 nos Garlic rods
  • 1.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1.25 tbsp Curry leaves

  • For making the turai ki chutney you need to first peel off the turai and cut the turai (ridged gourd) as shown
