Ingredients
  

Flour Preparation

  • 1.50 cup Wheat Flour
  • 0.5 tbsp salt
  • 2.00 tbsp oil

Green Peas Masala Preparation

  • 1.00 cup Green Peas
  • 1.00 nos Onion
  • 0.5 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 3.00 tbsp Oil
  • 0.5 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

For Flour Preparation

  • At this meanwhile take a mixing bowl add one and half cup of wheat flour and add needed salt and add one tbsp of oil with them
  • Then add needed water with them and knead well till it gets soften and thick dough,and keep them aside by cover with lid for soak

For Masala Preparation

  • Rinse and soak the dried peas in water for whole night or for eight hours
  • Add the well soaked green peas into a pressure cooker and brings to boil for five whistles,
  • Now the pressure cooked green peas is getting boiled and release their pressure itself,then open the lid,add to a mixer jar,
  • Grind the pressure cooked green peas as coarse and smash texture without adding any water with them,
  • Then heat a pan add one tbsp of oil and then add one medium sized onion which was finely chopped,and saute till it gets transparent,
  • Then add needed red chilly powder and salt with them and stir for a few seconds,
  • Then add the boiled and grounded green peas with them and stir well till the spices mixed together,
  • When the ingredients are well mixed now remove from flame and keep them for cool

Preparation For Stuffed Paratha

  • Now divide the equal portions of the prepared wheat flour dough and make them as small ball sized dough,And also make the green peas stuffing as same as the wheat dough
  • Take one portion of wheat flour dough and roll them using a rolling pin,and place the green peas stuffing ball over them
  • Then connect all the ends at one point to make them hide the stuff ,as shown in the image
  • After filling the stuff inside the wheat flour dough it look like this,Do not leave any open while cover it it occurs to come out filling out side,Do this same for making all stuffing parathas
  • Dust some little flour and start roll them as wide circular shape,careful about the stuff releases outside will spoil the shape
  • Then heat a flat pan or tawa and place the prepared peas stuffing paratha over them and brings to boil till the light brown color obtains
  • When it boils on one side then turn them to another side and again brings to boil it,and sprinkle some ghee or oil over them
  • When the Paratha get boiled on both sides with exact color now remove from the pan and serve hot with tasty and spicy curry or gravy recipes.
