This is a vegetarian dish and is served with potato based vegetables. Thie of s is a puffed paratha which is fried in a lot of oil so that the matter is round and crispy. It is made with white flour or maida and mashed completely with a filling to give it the taste and aroma of green peas and masala.

Ingredients of Peas kachori

0.25 kg GreenPeas
3.00 cup Maida
1.00 tbsp GingerPaste
2.00 no Chili
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Sugar
1.00 cup Oil

Take 250 gms of frozen green peas and keep them outside the fridge to defrost before the paste can be made

Love to have this in my snacks. This could be the best recipe for our evening snacks rather than those unhygienic food. It is full of nutrition and protein. I prefer to fried this with olive oil rather than refined oil. Because olive is very good for our health. I am not a lover of peas but this recipe is looking really very good. So I can resist myself for making this dish. I really love this recipe and I will definitely suggest everyone to try this out. I will give this recipe ten out of ten. This is such a winner recipe.
