Ingredients of Peanut rice
STEP : 1
Take the cloves of 4 no and take them to pan to dry roast them in a low flame for some time.

After that take the cardamom of 4 no and made them also to dry roast them in the same pan only for some time.

After that add the coriander seeds of 1/4 table spoon and made them to fry in the pan without adding anything to this.

In the same pan add the sesame seeds and made them to fry until the color has changed in the low flame.

Now add the chickpeas of 1/4 table spoon to the same pan and made these also dry roast without adding any oil to it.

We can see that the color of the chickpeas has changed at that time take them out nd made them to cool.

Now add the red chili flakes of 2 no to the same pan for the taste purpose and made them also fry in the pan.

Now collect all the roasted spices to one plate and made it to cool down for some time in order for grinding.

In the mean while take the rice of 1 cup and boil it in a medium flame for 10 to 20 minutes until it is boiled.

After it gets ready to boil place a lid on the bowl and made them to boil in a low flame for 2 minutes.

take a jar add the chickpeas of 1/4 table spoon to it and made them to grind well by placing a lid on it.

After that add all the roasted spices to the jar and made all of the to grind well to a fine powder.

Now take a pan add oil of 4 table spoons to it and made it to heat in a low flame.

Once it gets fried add the green chili paste of 1/4 table spoon to it for the taste purpose and mix well.

After that add all the prepared powders to the pan mix well with the oil and made them fry in the oil.

After they are fried add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well until the salt dissolves in it.
