Ingredients of Peanut pakora
STEP : 1
In a bowl add given measure of besan flour(red gram flour) in as 1:1 ratio and one cup of rice flour.and mix well together.

Then add the red chilly powder and salt into that and mix well together till it mixes well itself.to avoid the formation of lumps.

Then add the fine chopped onion slices and some chopped curry leaves and give a gentle and dry mix for it.

After that add some water and mix well.so that no lumps are not formed.then add the given measure of peanuts and sesame seeds into it and mix well.

And finally spray some water and mix well together for semi liquid consistency which is shown in the picture and also adjust the salt at this stage.and also add a pinch of baking soda at this stage add the food color if you needed.

Heat a frying pan add some oil for deep frying and it gets hot add the semi liquid flour mixture and pour it like a small size dough or like vada into that hot oil.

Keep boiling for few minutes in medium flame and turn it for another side and keep boil for few minutes.till the oil droplets are reduced and the color changes into golden brown.

When it gets boiled remove it from the pan and repeat the process for making all the bonda and serve hot with any chutney or with sauce.by garnishing some sesame seeds.
