This Recipe is a good snack for all seasons especially in mansoon,the ingredients which are used for this recipe are like by all and it is to be a crunchier and tasty snacks at all time favorite,those who wants to eat easy snack at home made preparation will resolve it.

Ingredients of Peanut pakora

1.00 cup Besan Flour
1.00 cup Rice Flour
0.50 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
1.00 no Onion
1.00 no Curry Leaves
0.50 cup Peanuts
0.25 cup Sesame Seeds
0.50 tbsp Salt
2.00 cup Oil
0.25 tbsp Baking Powder

In a bowl add given measure of besan flour(red gram flour) in as 1:1 ratio and one cup of rice flour.and mix well together.

After that add some water and mix well.so that no lumps are not formed.then add the given measure of peanuts and sesame seeds into it and mix well.

And finally spray some water and mix well together for semi liquid consistency which is shown in the picture and also adjust the salt at this stage.and also add a pinch of baking soda at this stage add the food color if you needed.

Heat a frying pan add some oil for deep frying and it gets hot add the semi liquid flour mixture and pour it like a small size dough or like vada into that hot oil.
