STEP : 1
First you need to take the ingredients raw peanuts one cup, Ghee , jaggery ,salt.

Now you need to put a raw peanuts in the pan and than roast it.

Now you need to keep the flame as low than roast it. Don't keep high flame.

Now you need to roast raw peanuts for 3 to 4 mins till brown color.

Now you need to peel the peanut skins by rubbing between your hands and blow the skin.

Now you need to take the jaggery and than powdered the jaggery into small small balls.

Now you need to take a mixture grinder and put the roasted peanut into the pan.

Now you need to blend the peeled peanuts to a slightly corase powder for 5 to 10 seconds.

Now you need to add the jaggery into the mixture grinder mix it well for 4 mins.

Now you need to grind it again until the peanut and jaggery are well blended.

Now you need to take a plate and transfer everything to a plate or bowl.

Now you need to add salt and than mix it well for 1 to 2 sec.

Now you need to heat the 1 or 2 tsp of ghee in a bowl.

Now you need to add ghee and mix well. Break the lumps formed with your hands.

Now start making balls. You can skip the ghee if the oils released from peanuts are enough to roll them.

Now you need to take the peanut balls and Store it in air tight container once done.
