Here we are using the tamarind that are usually available in the markets and also the roasted peanuts are used for doing this chutney and we can use this one with any side dishes like rice or dosa,idli and some others.

Ingredients of Peanut chutney

1.00 cup tamarindpaste
0.50 tbsp peanuts
0.50 tbsp greenchilies
0.75 tbsp salt
3.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp ginger
1.00 tbsp cumin
0.50 tbsp jaggery
0.50 tbsp mustardseeds
0.50 tbsp mangopaste

Peanut chutney

Take a pan add some oil made it heat and add some peanuts t the oil made it fry for some time.

After they are fried leave them to cool and take a jar add these to it and also add ginger piece to it.

After that add some salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and raw mango paste of 1/2 table spoon to the jar.

After that add fine paste of tamarind to the paste in the jar add some water to it in order to make a fine paste.

Grind them well in a jar until we obtain a fine paste without any pieces in it by adding some water.
