Ingredients
  

Peanut Chutney

  • 1.00 cup tamarindpaste
  • 0.50 tbsp peanuts
  • 0.50 tbsp greenchilies
  • 0.75 tbsp salt
  • 3.00 tbsp oil
  • 0.50 tbsp ginger
  • 1.00 tbsp cumin
  • 0.50 tbsp jaggery
  • 0.50 tbsp mustardseeds
  • 0.50 tbsp mangopaste

Instructions
 

Peanut Chutney

  • Take a pan add some oil made it heat and add some peanuts t the oil made it fry for some time.

  • And also add some green chili flakes of 2 to 4 to the oil and both will be fried together in the same pan.

  • After they are fried leave them to cool and take a jar add these to it and also add ginger piece to it.

  • After that add some salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and raw mango paste of 1/2 table spoon to the jar.

  • Add 1/2 table spoon of jaggery which is lightly chopped and 1/2 table spoon of cumin to the jar,and grind all of them well.

  • After that add fine paste of tamarind to the paste in the jar add some water to it in order to make a fine paste.

  • Grind them well in a jar until we obtain a fine paste without any pieces in it by adding some water.

  • Take a pan add oil of 3 to 4 table spoons and made it to heat in a low flame for some time.

  • Now add cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of table spoon to it and fry it in the oil.

  • Once they are fried put off the stove and add the grinded paste into it mix well and take into the serving bowl.
