Ingredients of Peanut chikki
STEP : 1
first of all take the bowl and measure the one cup of the ground nuts and keep them aside .

after that ,take the another cup and take the half more cup of jaggery in order to start the process

after that Take a kadai and add that one cup of goobernuts in to the kadai and put it in a low flame
STEP : 4
after that gently mix the goobernuts on the low flame until the goober nuts becomes crispy and turns into light brown color.

whenever the goobernuts turns into light brown color then take them aside and peel the layer of the goobernuts and put it aside for sometime.

take kadai and add half of jaggery which must and should be in small pieces and put it on low flame

after 2-3 minutes add 1/4th cup of water in to the jaggery and make sure that it should be in medium flame.

after sometime the bubbles will starts from the jaggery and slowly starts melting and mixture will be sticky after some time.

after that take the peeled goobernuts which was aside and we need to quickly add them in to this sticky mixture and mix it well

after adding goobernuts in to the sticky jaggery wait for 2-3 minutes. later we can observe that the groudnuts are mixed completly with jaggery. then take that mixture in to the plate. before that take a plate and add1 spoon of ghee into it

after that we have to gently spread the ghee in to the complete plate and wait for the 1 minute. so that the mixture will not be sticky to the plate

Now take that the jaggery in to the plate and apply that jaggery mixture in to the plate which was applied with ghee.

Now we have to flatten the substance which was taken into the plate which will be helpful to cut into the pieces

take a one spoon of ghee and apply gently to a sharp knife which will be helpful to cut the jaggery mixture smoothly

after that mark jaggery with the knife and then cut them in to the pieces as our own designs not only square shape

after that take the pieces and serve that in to the plate and garnish with cashew and taste the delicious goobernuts chikkis.
