By the name itself we can guess ,what it will be , it is a sweet snack Using filling that is sweet , you can use filling as per your choice , this is a Malabar special snack which everyone will like.

Ingredients of Pazham nirachathu

0.25 kg ethapazham
0.50 cup coconut
0.25 cup cashew nut
0.25 cup raisins
2.00 tbsp ghee
0.50 cup all purpose flour
