Ingredients of Pazham nirachathu
STEP : 1
At first take the banana and remove it's skin and make a cut in between the banana for adding the filling .

Heat a pan and put ghee to it when it melts add the grated coconut to it and mix it well .

Saute it for two minutes ,the flame should be low ,then add cashew nuts and raisins to it , saute it well.

To this add sugar as per your choice if you need more sweet you can add more , we can use jaggery also here instead of sugar.

Mix it well and let the sugar dissolves completely ,when it is done off the flame and let it cool .

When it is nicely cooled , take some of the fillings and fill it in the hole we made in the banana.

Now we can make the batter , take a bowl and pour all purpose flour , sugar and salt to it .

Then put egg and mix it well ,then add water little by little and stir it using a beater or grind it using a blender.

Then heat a pan and put oil to it , dip the banana with filling to the batter and let it coat fully .

When the oil become nicely hot put this dipped banana to the hot oil and let it fry or brawn .

Let it nicely brawn at both sides , the more it is brawn ,the more crispy coated layer we get .

When it is done off the flame and take it out , wipe off the excess oil using tissue paper .

Transfer it to the serving plate and cut it using a knife or spoon and have it hot for better taste .
