Ingredients of Pavakkai fry
STEP : 1
Bring the goya clean them up and cut them in to the round slices of desired thickness take those of one cup.

Take these in to the pan add salt and turmeric powder mix well and kept calm for 4 to 5 hours.

Take those soaked gaya pieces of 1/2 cup and spuds of 1/2 cup cut them into small pieces for them to fry in the oil.

Take a pan add oil of 5 to 6 table spoons made the oil heat in a low flame for some time.

After that add cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry.

Now add those cuted gaya pieces of 1/2 cup to the oil and made it to fry in a medium flame.

Once they are fried add potatoes of 1/2 cup to them and made it fry for some time without having a lid.

Add salt of 1/2 table spoon to it for the taste purpose and mix well until the salt applies to all the pieces.
