Sweet Coconut Preparation

STEP : 1
Two coconuts , pataligure , two cup suji , two cup flour , two table spoon ghee . one bronjal tets bring all together and keep aside .

break the coconut evenly and clean with water , then great the coconut finely and keep aside for cooking the recipe patishapta next step .

Then add hot a pan and add the patali gour and wait for few second in low flame then add the greated coconut into the melted gour and cook then for ten minutes in low flame .

For Patishapta Preparation

STEP : 1
Then take a big bowl and add some water in it and then add some patali gour into the water and wait for few minutes for melting the gour .

Then add the suji into the melted gour and mix them well for making the next step of the batter.

Then add the maida into the batter of patali gour and suji then mix them all and make a smooth paste of a batter.

Take the cooked grated coconut and patali gour , gour suji and flour batter , ghee and brinjal all those things bring together and keep aside .

Hot a pan then add little bit of ghee into the hot pan with brinjal tits and wait for few seconds .

Then add patali gour suji and flour smooth batter into the hot pan and spread it and make a fine pane cake .

Then add some cooked grated coconut and patali gour into the fine pane cake cooked with patali gour suji and flour.

Then role the white pane cake make with batter and cooked grated coconut and patali gour and fry this properly with ghee .

Then fry the patishupta properly with ghee and keep aside , then surve this recipe in a serving plate for eating .
