Ingredients
  

For Maida Flour Preparation

  • 1.00 cup Water
  • 0.50 kg pataligure
  • 1.00 tbsp suji
  • 0.50 kg maida

For Patishapta Preparation

  • 2.00 nos Coconut
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.50 kg pataligure

Instructions
 

Sweet Coconut Preparation

  • Two coconuts , pataligure , two cup suji , two cup flour , two table spoon ghee . one bronjal tets bring all together and keep aside .
  • break the coconut evenly and clean with water , then great the coconut finely and keep aside for cooking the recipe patishapta next step .
  • Then add hot a pan and add the patali gour and wait for few second in low flame then add the greated coconut into the melted gour and cook then for ten minutes in low flame .

  • Then take a big bowl and add some water in it and then add some patali gour into the water and wait for few minutes for melting the gour .
