STEP : 1
Take one tumbler of paitham parupu. Fry that in a pan without oil. Add one cardamom for the pleasant smell and taste.

Fry this till the golden color. Make sure the flame should be in sim only. Kepp the fried dal aside. Allow it to cool.

Place the same pan as we used before for fry the dal. Add the ghee into it. Allow it to heat.

In another side, take the required amount of cashews. Break the cashew as a small piece as shown in the figure. Keep it aside.

Now add the broken cashew into the heated ghee. Fry the cashew in golden brown colour and Keep it aside.
STEP : 6
Now the dal will be cooled. Add the equal amount of sugar and grind the dal and sugar together till it becomes nice powder.
STEP : 7
After that, add the cashew (as we fried and keep it aside before) to the powdered dal and sugar.
STEP : 8
Mix it well with ghee. Once the round shape comes without fail (as shown in the figure) that is the best position for the dish. Till that add a little amount of ghee to the powdered dal and sugar.
