first you need to take the ingredients Mung Dal , ghee , sugar , coconut .

Now you need to Wash and Soak the yellow moong dal for an one hour.

Now you need to drain the water completely and than put it into the mixture grinder.

Now you need to add a salt into the mixture grinder and than grain it .

Now you need to add a water into the mixture grinder and than grain it.

Now you need to grind it to a fine paste .It should be like this.

Now you need to transfer the paste to a bowl and than mix it well.

Now you need to heat the tava or panand put 1 tbsp oil into the tava.

Now you need to put moong dal paste into the tava. It should be like this.

Now you need to put 1 tbsp oil around the moong dal paste wait for 1 mins.

Now you need to turn the moong dal dosa and than put 1 tbsp oil.

Now you need to keep the flame as low.you should not keep the flame high.
