- 1.00 cup Moong dhal
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 cup water
- 0.50 tbsp ghee
- 0.50 tbsp cardamom powder
- 1.00 tbsp coconut
- 1.50 cup sugar
- 2.00 tbsp oil
Instructions
Pasi Paruppu Puttu
- first you need to take the ingredients Mung Dal , ghee , sugar , coconut .
- Now you need to Wash and Soak the yellow moong dal for an one hour.
- Now you need to drain the water completely and than put it into the mixture grinder.
- Now you need to add a salt into the mixture grinder and than grain it .
- Now you need to add a water into the mixture grinder and than grain it.
- Now you need to grind it to a fine paste .It should be like this.
- Now you need to transfer the paste to a bowl and than mix it well.
- Now you need to heat the tava or panand put 1 tbsp oil into the tava.
- Now you need to put moong dal paste into the tava. It should be like this.
- Now you need to put 1 tbsp oil around the moong dal paste wait for 1 mins.
- Now you need to turn the moong dal dosa and than put 1 tbsp oil.
- Now you need to keep the flame as low.you should not keep the flame high.
- Now you need to transfer the moong dal dosa into the plate.Allow this to cool .
- Now you need to cut this moong dal dosa into small small pieces like this.
- Now you need to take the small mixture grinder and than put moong dal pieces.
- Now you need to mix it well like a crumble and it should be like this.
- Now you need to take a blow and transfer the moong dal crumble into the blow.
- Now you need to take the grated coconut like this and than keep it aside.
- Now you need to add the grated coconut into the Paasiparuppu Puttu and mix it well.
- Now you need to add the sugar into the Paasiparuppu Puttu than mix it well.
- Now you need to take the one tsp of ghee and than put is into the Paasiparuppu Puttu.
- Now you need to add the cadamond seed or cadamond powder into the Paasiparuppu Puttu. mix it well.
- Now the Paasiparuppu Puttu is ready to serve .Serve it for breakfast or tiffin. Enjoy the Paasiparuppu Puttu.
