STEP : 1
Hesaru bele is the important ingredient for payasa. The main reason to hesarubele is that it is easy to digest for kids as well elders This s soul satisfying as it is the main ingredient as it is soft and which can be cooked easily, they are rich in protein and diet fiber.

One cardamom or elaichi I have taken this is again a flavor ingredient these seeds are aromatic, sweet cooling and digestive

Bella or jaggery i have taken one full jaggery block this is the natural sweetener, using sugar also gives taste but it can never replace bella or jaggery .they are rich source of iron , detox the body , purifies blood and immunity booster provided jaggery should be pure either black or dark brown.Now i have taken a brown one.

Coconut grated one Its one of the again most authentic ingredient when it comes to payasa , preferably grated coconut Its milk is rich , coconut as you all know it as many properties. Fresh grated coconut preferably to be used. this gives the traditional taste

poppy seeds are authentic taste giving ingredient. It should again be used less in quantity as its a taste enhancer.

Ghee is the most important ingredient traditional flavor is given with ghee Ghee also can be used according to your choice Few are diet conscious and Iâm using a homemade ghee

Take a medium pan and keep the stove in low flame and add the poppy seeds fry.

Check the poppy seeds fried well and it should be turn a color like brownish and switch of the stove.

Take mixer jar and dry it well before adding the poppy seeds for grinding purpose

After addingpoppy seeds add the grated coconut in to mixer jar for grinding purpose and add One cardamom or elaichi

after adding the above add some amount of water in to the mixer grinder like 1/4 cup.

once added all mixer ingredients, grind it well and it should be like slid paste then only it will good taste

Take medium pan and add the Jaggery and some amount of water because should be make jaggery liquid.

Once Jaggery is come to liquid state it should be a thick liquid it s better state to use for Sweet.

Take a pan for cook the payasa and keep the stove in low flame and add home made ghee,

Once Ghee melted then add the Hesaru kalu in to the pan for fry purpose with low flame.

Keep stove in low flame and fry the Hesaru kalu well and ghee and Hesaru kalu should be mix properly.

Once Hesarukalu color truns in to the golden brown add some amount of water to bake the hesaru kaalu moong dal

Keep the stove in medium flame and check the baked status and Hesaru kalu should bake in smooth and it should be bake well.

Once Hesaru kalu baked well then add the Grinded ingrediants to the pan and keep the stove in medium flame

Mix the grinded item and baked hesaru kalu and Bake well and it should be mix well, then the taste will be good.once the all mixed well add the jaggery liquid in to the pan this is the one of the most important item (Sweet ) for this recipe.

once added the jaggery liquid in the grinded masala and Hesarukalu or moong dal bake at least 20-25 min if it is baked well payasa taste also be good.
