This is a pure vegetarian dish as it doesn’t contain onion and garlic. Basically potol or parwal is made in rice gravy. In Bengali chal means rice and the flavor of this dish increase by adding garam masala. The aroma of this dish will give you a very unique.

Ingredients of Parwal curry

4.00 no parwal
1.00 cup fresh grated coconut
1.00 cup rice
2.00 no cardamom
2.00 no cloves
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.25 tbsp salt
4.00 tbsp mustard oil
1.00 no bay leaves
0.50 tbsp ginger
1.00 tbsp cumin seeds
0.25 tbsp garam masala
1.00 tbsp ghee
1.00 tbsp coriander leaves

Parwal curry

Take chopped fresh coconut, one cup rice, peel and slightly cut potol or parwal, one bay leave, two cardamoms, two cloves in a plate.
