Ingredients of paruppu urundai preparation

0.50 cup Chana dal
2.00 cup Water
1.00 tbsp Fennel seeds
5.00 no Green chilli
7.00 no Garlic
0.25 tbsp Sea salt

Ingredients of masala prepation

1.00 tbsp Tamarind
2.00 no Tomato
1.00 tbsp Sea salt
1.00 tbsp Turmeric powder
1.50 tbsp Chilli powder
1.00 tbsp Coriander powder
1.00 cup Water
2.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Mustard seeds
1.00 tbsp Fennel seeds
2.00 no Onion
5.00 no Curry leaves
3.00 no Coriander leaves

Paruppu Urundai Preparation

Soak the half a cup of chana dal with 2 cups of water for 1 hours.

I love parippu curries and this is a variety i would try this and like the shape making with parippu and i think its so familiar Tamil Nadu and it is really good for health
