  • 1.00 cup kandipappu
  • 2.00 cup tamarind juice
  • 1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
  • 1.00 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1.00 nos onions
  • 1.00 nos brinjal
  • 1.00 nos drumstick
  • 2.00 tbsp oil
  • 1.00 tbsp mustered seeds and black gram
  • 2.00 tbsp garlic
  • 3.00 nos red chilies
  • 1.00 tbsp chopped coconut
  • 1.00 tbsp salt

Instructions

  • first of all take a cooker and add the kandipappu and water and cook for 3 whistles so that the dal becomes so soft

  • now add the all vegetables in that and add water and cook well then add the tamarind juice and salt , boil for 10 minutes
