Ingredients
Paruppu Adai Dosa
- 1.00 cup moongdal
- 1.00 cup blackgram
- 1.00 cup rice
- 3.00 tbsp onions
- 2.00 tbsp gingerpieces
- 1.00 tbsp greenchillies
- 1.00 tbsp gera
- 1.00 cup chanadal
- 2.00 tbsp oil
- 1.00 tbsp saltfortaste
- 1.00 tbsp termericpowder
Instructions
Paruppu Adai Dosa
- first of all take the bowl add the 1 cup of moong dal and rice and chanadal and soak them in the water for 5 hours
- then take another bowl and add the water and soak that blackgram in the water for a night in the water
- now then after take the mixy jar add these items in the jar one after another by washing them once with water
- now grind that dals well untill they grinded like a fine paste by adding the water in the mixed dals
- now take a bowl and take the grinded dals paste and add that in to a bowl and keep aside and then add salt for taste
- now take the pan preheat the pan and add the 2 tbsp of oil and fry the gera and gingerpieces and green chillies well
- now add the onions and then fry them well for 5 minutes and then add the termeric powder and mix well then add that mixture in the grinded batter
- now mix the all ingrediants with the batter well and then keep that batter side for the 15 minutes so that batter will becomes more soft
- now take a pan and preheat that pan and add the 2 tbsp of oil over the pan and prepare the adai and fry them on two sides
- now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious paruppu adai in the plate with the coconut chutney thats it tasyty parappu adai is ready to taste
