- 1.00 nos Papaya
- 1.00 cup Sugar
- 1.00 tbsp Vanila
- 1.00 tbsp Cinnamom
- 0.50 cup Milk
- 3.00 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
Papite Ka Halwa
- Firstly take a one Papaya , wash this in a water , then remove the outer layer of the papaya , And cut it into the cube size.
- After that add the papaya into the jar , and grind as fully as paste Don’t add any water in the time of grinding .
- Now take a one pan to this add 2 spun of ghee , and make it heat in a medium flame.
- After that add the grinded papaya to the pan and fry this continuously in a medium flame.
- After frying for 5 minutes now add 1/2 cup of milk to the pan , it gives a good taste.
- Now add the cinnamon powder of 1 table spun it gives a different flavor , and good taste .
- After that now add 1/2 spun of vanilla , it gives a good texture to the halwa .
- In last step add the 1/2 cup of sugar to the kada , and mix it well , don’t add rather than that .
- In lastly we have to mix this halwa continuously , the halwa have to come out from the kada.
- Apply the ghee to the bowel , then add the halwa to the bowel , add dry fruits for garnishing .Serve this in hot and also serve this in cool also .
