This is a vegetarian side dish prepared from papaya by grating it completely. It is sweet and tangy and has puffed pules crushed in it. It is cooked with coconut paste and ginger paste and at the time of serving it is topped with cardamom powder and pure ghee.

Papaya masala curry

Take half of a papaya and peel it and wash it very well and clean it before grating into fine slices.

Grate the papaya into fine thin slices using a hand grater as shown in the image. This can be cooked without boiling the papaya as the pieces are very thin.
