Ingredients of Papaya halwa
STEP : 1
Take the ripen papaya peel off the skin and cut it to half that half piece will be used for the preparation of doing halwa.

Take the chopping cutter and chop the piece of papaya in to finely one and take that to one cup of that.

Add water of 2 to 3 glasses to it and take a pressure cooker in order to boil this papaya pieces.

Keep a lid on the cooker and put this on the stove for 5 to 10 minutes in a high flame.

After it is cooked take a lid having holes and pour this in to it in order to settles down all the water from it.

Take the pan contains 2 cups of milk and made it boil for some time in a high flame by stirring it continuously.

Add those boiled papaya to the milk and stir well for some time in a medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes.

Add sugar of 1/2 cup to the bowl and mix well until the sugar dissolves with the milk for some time.

Add some table spoon of ghee to the bowl mix well for the taste purpose we are adding the fresh ghee.

atleast add the raisins of 1/2 table spoon to it mix well and put off the stove take in to the serving bowl.
