Paneer parcel wrapping is a famous indian dish recipe with stuffing of paneer.It also famous in restaurant , beginners can also try these at their home with simple ingredients by using paneers , it is a yummy snack recipe for tea time or any guest visiting.

Ingredients of Maida preparation

Maida Preparation

To prepare a dough,add two cups of all purpose flour and add a pinch of salt in it.

The key ingredients to prepare paneer parcels,we need cottage cheese paneer,capsicum,onions,coriander leaves,maida,green chillies,oil and salt .

Roll them equally on all sides in a flat surface,apply some maida or flour for dusting .

Take a single patties , place the mixture balls over the patties like above shown.

Cover the balls by using another patties and press it gently on the corner sides.

It's ready to deep fry,turn on the flame, place a pan add a required oil .

When the oil get heated ,drop the wrap one by one carefully and let it fry.
