Maida Preparation

STEP : 1
To prepare a dough,add two cups of all purpose flour and add a pinch of salt in it.

STEP : 2
Add two to three tablespoon of oil and make similar to bread crumbs by using hands.

STEP : 3
Gradually Add little bit of water and knead a rough dough ,you can also prepare like naan dough.

STEP : 4
Now the dough is prepared ,it should be little hard and close the dough in a wet cloth.
Paneer Preparatioin

STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare paneer parcels,we need cottage cheese paneer,capsicum,onions,coriander leaves,maida,green chillies,oil and salt .

Take a cottage cheese paneer and mash it like a crumbs or else you can grate it finely.

STEP : 3
Turn on the flame ,place a pan add little bit oil ,if you don't want seasoning you can mix everything in a seperate bowl.

Add a cup of finely chopped onions and saute it ,don't over fry the onions too much.

STEP : 5
Add half cup of finely chopped green capasicum and saute it lightly ,you can add yellow capsicum for good looking.

Add quarter cup of green chillies and mix it,you can add red chilli flakes if you prefer.

Add a pinch of salt and mix it,you can even add a tablespoon of oregano for taste.

Turn off the flame ,when the mixture completely cools ,add a mashed paneer and mix it.

Add quarter cup of finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it thoroughly by using spoon or spatula.

Mixture is ready,you can add a tablespoon of tomato sauce and white pepper powder in these mixture.

Take a small amount of mixture in hand and make a small round size balls.

Now the small balls are prepared in a seperate plate or spoon of else you can add a tablespoon of mixture in stuffing..
Preparation for paneer wraps

STEP : 1
Take a naan dough and divide them into four balls in a seperate bowl,you can buy pastry from outside instead of these.

STEP : 2
Roll them equally on all sides in a flat surface,apply some maida or flour for dusting .

STEP : 3
Make a perfect square shape by cutting the corner side then divide into four equal parts.

STEP : 4
Do the remaining balls in a same way into equal parts and keep it in seperate plate.

STEP : 5
Take a single patties , place the mixture balls over the patties like above shown.

STEP : 6
Cover the balls by using another patties and press it gently on the corner sides.

STEP : 7
Do the remaining patties in a same way,you can press it by using fork spoon.

STEP : 8
It's ready to deep fry,turn on the flame, place a pan add a required oil .

STEP : 9
When the oil get heated ,drop the wrap one by one carefully and let it fry.

Flip it gently by using slotted spoon and let it fry till it turns golden brown color.

When it fried completely, take out and drain it completely and transfer in a serving plate,our paneer parcel is ready.
