For paneer preparation
- 6.00 no Paneer cubes
- 0.50 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1.00 tbsp Chaat masala
- 0.50 tbsp Garam masala
- 6.00 no green capsicum cubes
- 6.00 no onion cubes
For batter preparation
- 1.00 cup Besan flour
- 0.50 cup curd
- 2.00 no Green chillies
- 4.00 no Garlic cloves
- 0.25 no Ginger
- 1.00 tbsp Black pepper powder
- 0.50 cup Coriander leaves
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 cup Water
For Paneer Preparation
- The key ingredients to prepare paneer sticks,we need cottage cheese paneer,capsicum,onions,coriander leaves, besan flour,green chillies, garlic ,ginger,curd,black pepper ,red chilli powder, garam masala ,chaat masala,oil and salt .
- Take a blender add two nos of green chillies,garlic cloves and ginger to make smooth paste.
- Blend it few seconds then add little bit of water and make it fine paste.
- Take six nos of paneer cubes ,sprinkle few red chilli powder over the paneer cubes
- Sprinkle few Chaat masala over the paneer cubes for more spices ,you can sprinkle black pepper.

- Take a stick thread the single capsicum ,paneer cubes and onion on top of paneer.
- Do the remaining thread stick in a same way and keep it in a seperate plate.
