For Paneer Masala Preparation

STEP : 1
Take the paneer slab and then chop it into small sized cubes which can be grilled ( as shown in the image )

STEP : 2
Add the salt, black pepper powder, tandoori masala and the red chili powder to the paneer and mix it well.

STEP : 3
Add the plain curd and mix it well with the paneer and then it is ready to be grilled in an oven. Grill for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

After the paneer is grilled take it out from the oven and then set it aside so that the bowl cools and the tikkas of the paneer can be put in the roll.

Chop the onion and capsicum and cut the green chili into small slices to be added to the roll as a topping.

The salad ingredient inside the role is prepared by slicing the cucumber and the onion as shown and also set aside a lemon slice.

Add the onion, capsicum and the green chili into the tawa and shallow fry it with a pinch of salt.
Preparation For Paneer Tikka Roll

STEP : 1
Make a dough from the maida as show in the image ( It is made by mixing the flour, salt sugar, oil and adequate amount of water).

STEP : 2
Form a huge sized semi thick paratha on the kitchen top after cleaning it very well. Make sure that it is more or less uniform thick.

STEP : 3
Heat a tawa and put the paratha on it for roasting on one side. Cook in simmer so that the maida is cooked.

STEP : 4
Turn the paratha to the other direction and roast the same and then add some oil in the tawa and fry it well on both sides.

STEP : 5
Drain off the excess oil and then set aside the paratha in a plate so that the roll can be formed.

STEP : 6
Now add the paneer tikka cubes as a base in the roll as shown in the image in a diagonal manner.

STEP : 7
On top of the paneer , evenly spread the onion, capsicum and green chili as shown in the image to form the second layer.

STEP : 8
Now add the cucumber, onion and then squeeze the lemon on top, the roll is ready to be folded and then served with sauce.
