STEP : 1
Take a slab of paneer and then cut it into appropriate sized cubes as shown in the figure so that they can be marinated.

Add salt and black pepper to the paneer so that the taste penetrates well into it and then mix thoroughly

Now add the red chili powder to the paneer and mix it very well as shown in the picture and let it settle

Now add the garam masala powder to the paneer as shown in the image and then mix it thoroughly to marinate

Now add the curd to the mixture so that there is some watery content that allows the penetration of the masala well

Once the paneer is marinated well with the curd then add the cornflour so that the watery content is soaked from the paneer.

Heat oil in a kadai and curry leaves and green chili and fry them till they are crispy and cooked.

Add the marinated paneer pieces and fry them well on all sides so that the cornflour becomes crispy and water content if any is drained off.

Now set aside the fried paneer in a serving bowl so that the garnishing can be separately prepared and added

Heat oil in a pan and add the onion and red chili. Fry them well till the onion is softened and turns pinkish and the red chili becomes crisp

Now add some red chili powder and a few curry leaves to the seasoning and once the leaves are crispy add the entire contents along with the oil to the paneer and then it is ready to be served with seasoning.
