Maida Preparation

STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare paneer bhurji paratha ,we need maida,paneer,onions,coriander leaves,capsicum,tomatoes,beans,ginger,garlic,green chilli sauce,coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,cumin seeds powder,oil and salt.

STEP : 2
Initially take two cups of sifted all purpose flour or maida in a seperate bowl.

Add little but of salt for taste ,you can use wheat flour for making parathas.

STEP : 4
To make a smooth dough ,add two to three tablespoon of oil or butter into maida.

STEP : 5
Gradually add little by little of water and knead a smooth dough by using hands

STEP : 6
After kneading a soft dough ,close the lid and leave it under 10 to 15 minutes.
Panner Preparation

STEP : 1
Turn on the flame ,place a vessel add two to three cups to water to boil the vegetables.

STEP : 2
Add a cup of small beans in a boiling water and let it boil for few minutes ,you can add a carrots

STEP : 3
For tampering turn on the flame ,place a non stick pan or tawa,add 5 to 6 tablespoon of oil.

Add two tablespoon of finely chopped garlic cloves in hot oil and let it fry.

STEP : 5
Add finely chopped ginger along with garlic cloves and them fry for few seconds in low flame.

STEP : 6
Add a cup of onions and saute it for few minutes till it turns light color.

Add a cup of tomatoes ,use deseeded tomatoes for these recipe and fry it for few seconds.

Add a cup of bell peppers or capsicum and saute it for few seconds ,you can use colored bell peppers.

Add a cup of boiled beans along with mixture,you can add your like vegetables in these stage.

Add a tablespoon of green chilli sauce or else you can finely chopped green chillies.

Take a 250 grams of paneer or cottage cheese and scrumble it in a seperate plate.

Add the scrumbled paneer into the mixture and mix it well ,let the paneer blend with the mixture.

Let's start to add spices,add atablespoon of garam masala and saute it for few seconds.

Add a tablespoon of red chilli powder and mix it very well ,let cook till the raw smell goes.

Add half tablespoon of cumin seeds powder and a tablespoon of coriander powder into the mixture.

Add half tablespoon of turmeric powder into the mixture and let it cook for few minutes.

Sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it very well,add little bit water to avoid thickening.

Add little bit of salt or as per taste and mix it ,let the mixture cook for few seconds.

When everything is completed ,turn off the flame ,transfer the mixture in a seperate bowl.
Preparation for paneer paratha

STEP : 1
After 10 to 15 minutes ,take a knead dough and divide the mixture into three parts.

STEP : 2
Take a ball and roll it roughly in a flat surface by dusting the flour.

STEP : 3
Take a single roll ,place it on a flat surface and add two tablespoon of mixture in it.

STEP : 4
Now close it on all sides completely,do the remaining flat rolls in a same way.

Now roll the stuffing ball gently on a flat surface area by dusting the flour.

Do the remaining stuffing balls in a same way ,let's start to make the parathas.

STEP : 7
Turn on the flame ,place a rotties or flattened roll in a pan and let it cook .

STEP : 8
After 2 to 3 minutes when it is half cooked ,flip it gently on other side.

Add a tablespoon of oil on over the rotties when it is cooked ,turn of the flame ,place a parathas into the serving plate,our paneer bhurji paratha is ready.
