Paneer bhurji parathas is indian vegeterian recipe , It is normally call as paneer parathas or roties with stuffing paneer bhurji , you can eat these main dish or side dish , you can have these with the combination of coffee or tea or ketchup.

The key ingredients to prepare paneer bhurji paratha ,we need maida,paneer,onions,coriander leaves,capsicum,tomatoes,beans,ginger,garlic,green chilli sauce,coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,cumin seeds powder,oil and salt.

It's a popular north Indian flatbread made with maida dough stuffed with crumbled paneer. This is an excellent breakfast, lunch or dinner. The variety of stuffing make them very unique in terms of taste and textures. I love paneer-based dishes though i do not make it frequently, one of the weekends is reserved for making my favorite paratha recipe.
