Ingredients of Paneer noodles
STEP : 1
Take the noodles roll and set it aside so that it can be boiled in a saucepan of boiling water with salt and oil drops.

Take the paneer cubes and cut them into small pieces and add salt to them. Take the garlic cloves and peel and wash them.

Take a tomato and red chili together and wash them well. and set them aside so that they can be ground well.

Cut the tomato into slices and remove the stem from the red chili and put them in a mixture grinder to form a paste.

Take out the paste and set it aside to form the gravy or the masala of the burnt noodles while cooking.

Take out the boiled noodles and strain it using a strainer and set it aside for cooking in the masala.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the paneer cubes to the same and fry them well till the paneer is turned brownish in color.

Add the garlic flakes and fry them very well till they are brown in color and start emitting a burnt smell.

Now add the red chili and tomato paste and cook it well so that the tomato melts and add some salt and mix well.

Add the boiled noodles in to the kadai and cook it with the masala for a minute or two and mix well and then serve with onion toppings.
