STEP : 1
take a block of paneer and cut into cubes and slightly roast it once in ghee until it shows slight brown colour but not too much.

then take a pan and pour little oil. then add finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chilies and saute them for a minute.

then add the sliced onions to it and saute until it becomes translucent. you can also add spring onions if you get them in market near your place, but i didn't add here.

then add the sliced bell pepper and saute it. add a pinch of salt that is required for the onions and bell pepper.

then add the green chili sauce and red chili tomato sauce to this and mix well. this is the base for this manchurian dish.

now add the soya sauce to give a touch of chinese taste to this dish. also add salt that is required for these sauces.

now add the roasted paneer at this stage and let it mix well with all the sauces and flavors of onion, garlic and bell pepper

take a tbsp of corn flour and make it a paste with water and add it to the dish at this stage to give it some body.

then close it with the lid and let it cook for 5-7 min so that paneer gets juicier and more softer

add coriander leaves at the end and switch off the stove. you can also add some spring onion leaves if you have.
