this is one spicy indian semi gravy with a little chinese touch in it and it can be eaten with chapathi/fried rice/noodles or simply as a starter as well. it's one of the dishes kids love.

Ingredients of Paneer manchurian gravy

1.00 cup paneer
1.00 no onion
1.00 no bell pepper
2.00 tbsp chopped garlic
2.00 tbsp chopped ginger
3.00 no green chilies
0.25 tbsp soya sauce
0.25 tbsp green chili sauce
5.00 tbsp red chili tomato sauce
2.00 tbsp oil
4.00 tbsp ghee
1.00 tbsp cornflour

Paneer manchurian gravy

take a block of paneer and cut into cubes and slightly roast it once in ghee until it shows slight brown colour but not too much.

Sauces make this dish an absolutely five star recipe. It enhances taste of paneer and makes it tangy and yummy. Overall this dish is an extraordinary one. Must try this recipe at home and trust me you will be fan of this dish. You can skip soya sauce if you don't have it. Chop medium size onion and shimla mirch. Add some chat masala and lemon juice on the top. This is a restaurant style paneer recipe. Serve it to your guest as a starter dish and they will be fan of your cooking skills.
