This is an extremely spicy paneer preparation where the paneer is grilled and then a semi dry gravy item is prepared of the same. It is best served with fried rice. The taste is very unique because at the end black bean sauce is added.

Ingredients of Paneer manchurian dry

0.25 kg Paneer Cubes
3.00 tbsp Black Bean Sauce
1.00 no Onion
0.50 no Capsicum
4.00 no Chili
2.00 tbsp Curd
1.00 tbsp Red Chili Powder
0.50 tbsp Salt
4.00 tbsp Oil
2.00 tbsp Grated Cheese
1.00 tbsp Tomato Sauce

Paneer manchurian dry

Take the paneer wash it and cut it into small cubes so that it can be marinated well as shown in the image.

Add salt, curd and red chili powder to the paneer and then mix it very well and keep it marinated in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After marination take out the paneer cubes and place it on an air fryer till they turn golden brown on all sides.
