STEP : 1
Take the paneer wash it and cut it into small cubes so that it can be marinated well as shown in the image.

Add salt, curd and red chili powder to the paneer and then mix it very well and keep it marinated in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After marination take out the paneer cubes and place it on an air fryer till they turn golden brown on all sides.

After the paneer cubes are grilled, remove them from the air fryer and place it on a bowl so that they can be used to cook the gravy.

Take the onion and capsicum, wash them and chop them into thick slices as shown in the image. Chop the green chili and set aside the black bean sauce.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the onion, capsicum, green chili and the grilled paneer till the onion and capsicum are softened. Add a spoon of tomato sauce.

Once the paneer and the vegetables are cooked add the black bean sauce and a little amount of water and cook it well and then serve with garnishing of grated cheese once the gravy is dried.
