An unusual veg version of paneer kofta. Use fresh paneer for best results. A classic and exotic Indian veg recipe with fresh paneer adapted especially for the some special occation. This recipe loves not only the vegetarions but also non-veg persons.

Ingredients of Paneer malai kofta

0.25 kg Fresh paneer
1.00 cup chopped coriander leaves
0.50 tbsp garam masala
0.50 tbsp cumin seed red chili stardust
2.00 tbsp maida
0.50 cup ginger cumin seeds chili paste
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp sugar
0.50 cup oil
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder

After the pakora was fried left the oil in to the pan add the masala paste and cook for 5 minutes in high flame then add salt,sugar bite curd,roasted masala dust and cook for another two minutes then add little water and cook for 2 minutes.
