STEP : 1
Make the with milk and lemon juice and keep aside,chop the coriander leaves, paste together ginger cumin seeds and chili, take some curd, make roasted cumin seeds red chili dust, maida. All those things bring together and keep aside.

keep a bowl then this bowl add the paneer, maida, salt, garam masala and roasted chili powder and mix it well and make some boll from this paneer dough.

Then hot a pan and then add some oil in it and stand for the oil become hot then add the paneer boll in to the hot oil and deep fried .

After the pakora was fried left the oil in to the pan add the masala paste and cook for 5 minutes in high flame then add salt,sugar bite curd,roasted masala dust and cook for another two minutes then add little water and cook for 2 minutes.

Then add the paneer kofta add in to the gravy and add the garam masala and add the sugar and cook for 2 minutes in high flame then off the gas oven.
STEP : 6
Then this malai kofta serve hot in a serving bowl for eating with hot roti or hot paratha or rice for a satisfying meal.
