Ingredients of Paneer kurma

Grind to a paste, Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic paste, Mirchi powder, Pepper powder, Kaju Garam masala, Salt 2 tbsp, turmeric 1/2 tbsp

Marinate the paneer with salt and 1/2 tsp chilly powder. Grind the masala of onions, tomatoes, garlic, chilly powder, pepper powder, kaju, garam masala, salt and turmeric.

Mix saffron with curds. Keep aside. Slice a onion thinly and mix it with salt and sugar. Deep fry and keep aside for decoration

Heat the oil. Add dalchini, lavang and cardamoms. Add the masala and fry till the oil separates. Add the curds mixture and again fry till the oil separates.

Add the paneer to the masala. Mix gently so as to not break the paneer. Cook for a few minutes till well blended. Garnish with the fried onions and kaju. Serve hot with rotis along with some salad.
