Ingredients of Paneer kheer
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare paneer kheer ;we need paneer;milk;condensed milk;sugar;cashewnuts; badam;green cardamom;corn flour and raisins.

Initially turn on the flame;place a thick kadai or pressure cooker ;add 250 ml of whole milk.
STEP : 3
Take 250 grams of paneer or cottage chesse ;scrumble it or grate it finely and keep aside.

After 2 to 3 minutes when the milk starts boiling at foaming stage;lets add other ingrediants.

Add a cup of homemade condensed milk in a boiling milk or milk maid available in the markets

Now add 250 grams of scrumbled paneer into the boiling milk and mix it completely.

Take a tablespoon of corn flour in a bowl ;add little bit water and mix it .

You can also add a tablespoon of rice powder instead of corn flour ;make it batter.

Add the semi thick corn flour batter into the boiling mix and mix it completely.

Add half cup of sugar or according your taste into boiling milk and mix it completely.

Add two nos of crunched green cardamoms ;add a tablespoon of cardamom powder if possible.

Add the broken cashewnuts in a boiling milk and scrape the edges at every intervals.

Now the milk turns light thick consistency let's boil till it forms the creamy texture.

Add half cup of crunched badam in boiling milk;you can also add half cup of pistachios.

Add cup half of raisins into the boiling milk ;mix it and scrape the edges.

Everything is complete;when the milk turns thick ;turn off the flame and allow to cool;our tasty paneer kheer is ready.
