STEP : 1
Take the paneer and cut it into square shaped cubes and marinate with salt, curd and tandoori masala in a refrigerator.

Heat butter in a tawa and then fry the marinated paneer in all directions till the outer layer is brownish in color.

Take an onion and peel it and then wash it. Cut it into big slices as shown in the image and fry it in the butter.

Similarly take the capsicum and cut into small slices and fry it in the butter till it becomes soft and is cooked.
STEP : 5
Drain the excess butter from the paneer and onion and capsicum and set it aside in a bowl to put it in the stick. First insert the paneer, then the onion and then the capsicum and the kebab is ready to be served.
