Indian whole wheat flatbread stuffed with spicy crumbled paneer (Indian cottage cheese). It is best enjoyed with a cup of masala chai ( tea). I always make it with fresh homemade paneer. The soft and fresh paneer works best for the paratha. Can I substitute regular wheat flour instead of the maida? It is very interesting to know your recipe. can they be made ahead of time and frozen? I tried this. It was so amazing and I really Like it. It is very interesting to know your recipe. We can also pack them for tiffin box. Usually, they are made for breakfast but you can have them for lunch or dinner or as an evening snack also.
