Paratha's are very famous breakfast recipe's in Punjabi's homes,there were various paratha recipes like onion paratha,aloo paratha and stuffed paratha,gobi paratha,in that way paneer paratha is also a famous punjabi breakfast recipe,thus the paneer paratha is better to have with thick curd and also good punjabi pickle.

For Dough Preparation:

Take a mixing bowl add equal quantity measurer cup if wheat flour and all purpose flour maida.

Take one cup of fresh homemade cottage cheese and slice them as cubes then scramble them or grate them using a grater.

Heat a flat pan or tawa or girdle in medium flame,then now place the well stuffed Paneer Paratha into them.

When placed Paratha gets well boiled on one side by obtaining the brown dots,flip it to another side and boil for a few minutes.
