Paneer Ka Paratha – A Most Popular And Soft Paneer Ka Paratha
Paneer ka paratha is one of the different type of chapatti dish. The best breakfast for your housemates including school kids also. Easy to prepare this dish with short time of period.
Ingredients
Flour Ingredients
- 1.00 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1.00 cup Wheat Flour
- 0.5 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Oil
Paneer Stuffing Ingredients
- 1.00 cup Fresh Paneer
- 2.00 nos Green Chilly
- 1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 0.5 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 0.5 tbsp Salt
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Instructions
For Dough Preparation
- Take a mixing bowl add equal quantity measurer cup if wheat flour and all purpose flour maida.
- Add required quantity of salt for them and dry mix well till the salt mixed all over.
- Add one tbsp of oil with them and mix well with your hands or blend them with atta kneader.
- Add enough water slowly by slowly and knead well them and did not add more water which brings the dough watery.
- Knead well them using your hands or atta kneader to get soft dough,civer them and keep them for soak for at least fifteen minutes.
For Preparing The Paneer Stuff Masala
- Take one cup of fresh homemade cottage cheese and slice them as cubes then scramble them or grate them using a grater.
- Then add some fine chopped coriander leaves and fine chopped green chilies into them which is about your spiciness required.
- Then add one tbsp of red chilly powder and quarter tbsp of garam masala powder and required amount of salt into them.
- Mix them well all ingredients are blended well together,and keep them aside for a few minutes.
For Making The Paneer Paratha
- Now bring the well kneaded flour dough,knead them well again and make them as small ball sized portions.
- Take two small ball sized dough and dust some dry flour in them,which is need to stuffing them.
- Flatten them as two separate circular shape flattened dough using a rolling pin, which I have shown in the image.
- Place one flattened circular shape dough in a convenient place and place one heaped spoon full of prepared Paneer stuffing masala into them.
- Now place the other flattened flour dough layer which we rolled already,by covering the edges.
- Again till them using a rolling pin which helps to flattened the stuffing and make a stuffibg very well,di not over roll which breaks the corners and chance to overflow the stuffed ingredients.
- Heat a flat pan or tawa or girdle in medium flame,then now place the well stuffed Paneer Paratha into them.
- When placed Paratha gets well boiled on one side by obtaining the brown dots,flip it to another side and boil for a few minutes.
- Then sprinkle one tbsp oil or ghee into them and spread them well to coat all sides.
- Now approximately the prepared dough and stuffed ingredients are well cooked in slow or medium flame.
- When the Paneer Paratha gets boiled on both sides now remove from the flame and serve hot with tasty rauta it with Punjabi pickle.
