Ingredients of Paneer fry
STEP : 1
Take the paneer slab and cut it into cubes. - Take the corn flour and also set aside the pickle.

Add salt, water and cornflour to the paneer cubes and mix it very well before it can be fried in a kadai.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the batter coated paneer to the kadai and deep fry it till it becomes golden brown in color.

Now add the chopped capsicum cubes to the kadai and fry them well with the paneer till it is softened.

Now add the pickles and mix it with the rest of the contents and cook it for 1-2 minutes so that it blends well.

Add a cup of water and bring it to boil and cook thoroughly by covering with a lid so that the paneer is cooked and the masala penetrates

Cook till the gravy is semi dried up as shown in the figure and then serve with spring onion toppings
