This is a Indo Chinese preparation where the paneers is soft and succulent due to the marination. It is a crispy dish as it is marinated well and batter fried. The Chinese ingredients are used to make the gravy which gives it a Chinese taste but at the same time the gravy has a pickled mixture to give it an Indian blend.

Ingredients of Paneer fry

0.25 kg Paneer
3.00 tbsp Corn Flour
2.00 tbsp Pickles
1.00 tbsp Spring Onion
0.25 no Capsicum
0.25 tbsp Salt
4.00 tbsp Oil
