For preparing Panneer stuff

STEP : 1
Take two medium sized onion,two medium sized ripened tomatoes and fine alice them and also fine alice some coriander leaves too.

STEP : 2
Take some fresh panneer slices and crumble them well using your hands,you can also use home made panneer too.

STEP : 3
Heat a frying pan,add two tbspbif cooking oil or ghee,and splutters some fennel seeds.

STEP : 4
Then add those fine chopped onion into them and stir for a few seconds till it comes to transparency.

STEP : 5
Then add half a tbsp if Ginger garlic paste into them and stir well till the raw smell completely removed.

STEP : 6
Now add those well ripen and chopped juicy tomatoes into them and stir for a few seconds.

STEP : 7
Now add those freshly crumbles panneer into them,make sure it dies not having any water content into it.

Now add all the spice powders such as red chilly powder,turneruc powder and varam masala powder and then add enough salt for them.

Stir for few minutes and cook them in medium flame,do not over cook them where panneer turns to hard,a dd some fine chopped coriander leaves and remove from flame.
For making sandwich

STEP : 1
Take four white or brown bread slices,and slice out all the corners.

STEP : 2
Heat a wide spread pan and next some butter or ghee over them for healthy option you can also use some olive oil too.

STEP : 3
Place two slices over them and roast for few seconds where all the brown corners.

STEP : 4
Now add those prepared panneer masala stuffing into them and spread them well,do not place over stuffing because it spread out of them.

Then close them by covering some other corner cutter bread slices over them and simply pressing.and toast them.

STEP : 6
After few minutes flip them to another side and roast them till it comes to light brown appears.

STEP : 7
Finally topped with sliced butter and slice them well and garnish and serve hot with chutney or sauce recipes.
