Panneer sandwich is a excellent evening snack as well as better breakfast recipe,whuch can be made at home easily using easily available ingredients.panneer sandwich is a protein rich recipe and good to serve for kids.i t can be made as various versions,here i have submitted easy and simplest version if making panneer sandwich

For preparing Panneer stuff

Take two medium sized onion,two medium sized ripened tomatoes and fine alice them and also fine alice some coriander leaves too.

Take four white or brown bread slices,and slice out all the corners.

Heat a wide spread pan and next some butter or ghee over them for healthy option you can also use some olive oil too.

Super duper healthy recipe again. Sandwiches are not very healthy but this paneer sandwich is protein rich and is good to serve the kids.
