STEP : 1
Cut the paneer and keep aside.Take a bell pepper ans some onion and ginger and garlic and green chilli all those things bring together and keep aside.

Wash the fresh and a big capsicum and green chili paste together in a grinder and keep aside for cooking the capsi paneer.

Then cut and peel the onion and wash it then paste the onion smoothly in a grinder for cooking the capsi pameer.

Then paste the ginger and garlic by a grinder for smooth paste and keep aside for cook the next step of paneer.

Then cut the onion and clean with water and chop the onion finely and keep aside for cooking the capsi paneer.

Then take the onion paste, capsicum paste, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and paneer cubes. all those things bring together and keep aside.

Then hot a pan and add some oil in it then add the chopped onion ans some salt and fry for two minutes in high flame.

Then add the paneer in to the fried onion and fry the paneer for two minutes in low flame properly and carefully.

Fry the paneer and onion properly and keep aside in a bowl and cool the paneer for cooking another step of capsi paneer.

Then hot a pan and add some oil in it and when the oil become hot the onion paste add in to the oil ant cook for 2 minutes in high flame.

Then add the ginger garlic paste in to the onion and add some salt and sugar in it and cook for five minutes in low flame.

Then add the paneer in to the fried masala and mix it well with masala and cook for another 5 minutes in low flame.

Then add the capsicum and green chili paste in to the paneer and cook for two minutes in high flame for two minutes on gas oven.

Then serve hot this recipe in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or fried rice.
