0.5 Cup Sugar
0.25 Tbsp Ghee
4.00 No Some Flower

I have never thought that barfi can be made from this ingredient. Panner is very healthy as it is rich in proteins. Diabetic people can have this without using sugar. For sweetness they can add stevia or simply jaggery or dates. It can be used for offerings also. My friend shared this recipe with me. Thank you for this recipe. Keep posting like this.
