Paneer bhurji Preparation

STEP : 1
Take one medium size onion and one tomato and fine chop them and fine chop some ginger and green chillies too,and fine chop some coriander leaves.

STEP : 2
Take enough quantity of freshly packed or homemade paneer and grate them and also crumble them.

STEP : 3
Head a flat pan or kadai and add some oil and splutter some cumin seeds to them.

STEP : 4
Then now add some fine chopped green chilies and fine chopped ginger slices to them and saute well for few seconds.

Then now add some fine chopped onion slices into them and saute for a few minutes till it comes to translucent.

When onion gets well sauted then now add some fine chopped tomatoes to them and saute well.

Then now add some red chilly powder,some turmeric powder,and add some cumin seeds powder,and add enough salt and stir well.

Then now add those grated or crumbled paneer to them and stir well and mix well in slow fire.

Cook those added paneer for few minutes un slow fire till the raw smells completely goes out,finally add some chopped coriander leaves and remove flame.
Sandwich preparation

STEP : 1
And now take some brown or white bread slices and chop out the edges and you can take required number of slices.

Then now spread some butter over the well sliced bread slices and keep them aside.

STEP : 3
Then heat a tawa or flat pan sprinkle some oil and place those butter spreaded bread slices to them.

STEP : 4
Now place those prepared paneer bhurji to them,and spread evenly in both the slices.

Now place another butter spread bread slices to cover them and gently press them,and toast them for few seconds.

STEP : 6
Flip them to other side and toast them to other side and sprinkle some oil if required,and remove from flame and serve hot.
