STEP : 1
First i created final served image spicy & delicious paneer dry Burris with chapati & Rasta.. first all veggies [ onion, green peas, green chilly , capsicum, chopped very nicely.

2nd step is chopped paneer very nicely in small pieces, its a very rich & healthy & nutritious veggie,& everyone likes eat this veggie.

3rd step is in separate frying kadai add 2 spoon oil den add chopped onion, green chilly, capsicum stir it well & cook it for 10 mins.
STEP : 4
4th step is after completely cooked onion & capsicum den add green peas & mix it well & cook if for 5 mins.
STEP : 5
5th step is after completely cooked all veggies then add chopped tomato stir it well &cook it for 5 mins, this veggie taste is very yummy & delicious veggie.
STEP : 6
6th step is when all veggie cooked almost cooked then add salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,& stir it well & cook it for 5 mins.
STEP : 7
7th step is when all masala & veggies cooked almost ready then add chopped paneer, its a very softy & very healthy veggie, which means i got the nutritious of body with this veggie.

8th step is after add paneer in this gravy then mix it well atleast 2 to 3 times, & cook it 5 to 10 mins put the cover up the kadai..after 10 mins almost ready paneer dry burji, & you can serve spicy paneer dry burji with chapati & Rayta thanks a lot guys, done my recipe hope you will like this spicy paneer dry burji.
