Home made fresh paneer simmered in a rich capsicum chopped, ginger adn garlic crush, onion chopped and chopped green chilli, lemon juce and red chilli powder. A perfect dish for dinner , break fast or lunch in school or office . This recipe served with hot roti, hot paratha or hot rice.

Ingredients of Paneer bharta

0.25 kg homemadepaneer
2.00 cup choponionped
1.00 cup choppedcapsicum
1.00 tbsp choppedgreenchilli
1.00 tbsp shmirimirchpowder
2.00 tbsp crushgarlic
1.00 tbsp blackpapercrush
1.00 no lemon
0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp sarug
3.00 tbsp oil

Paneer bharta

Paneer, onion, capsicum,kashmiri red chilli powder, garlic, black paper, lemon all those things bring together and keep aside for cooking paneer bharta.

hot a pan then add some oil in it when the oil become hot add the chopped onion and fry the onion like golden brown.

Then add the crushed garlic in to the fried onion and fry for another two minutes on low flame on the gas oven.
