Paneer Bharta
- 0.25 kg homemade paneer
- 2.00 cup chop onion ped
- 1.00 cup chopped capsicum
- 1.00 tbsp chopped green chilli
- 1.00 tbsp shmirimirch powder
- 2.00 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1.00 tbsp crushed black paper
- 1.00 nos lemon
- 0.25 tbsp salt
- 0.25 tbsp sarug
- 3.00 tbsp oil
Instructions
Paneer Bharta
- Paneer, onion, capsicum,kashmiri red chilli powder, garlic, black paper, lemon all those things bring together and keep aside for cooking paneer bharta.
- chush the paneer and keep aside,chop the onion, capsicam,, chop the green chilli, crush the black paper, crush the garlic, and red chilli powder and lemon all those things bring together and keep aside.
- hot a pan then add some oil in it when the oil become hot add the chopped onion and fry the onion like golden brown.
- Then add the crushed garlic in to the fried onion and fry for another two minutes on low flame on the gas oven.
- Then add the chopped capsicum in to the fried garlic and chopped onion and cook for another two minutes on low flame.
- Then add the crushed paneer and salt and sugar and chopped green chilli and cook for three minutes in low flame.
- Then add the red chilli powder and crushed black paper and lemon juce and cook for another twi minutes in high flame.
- Then ready to cook the paneer bharta, serve this recipe in a serving plate. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or bread also.
