STEP : 1
To prepare panchamrudam initially take four bananas and cut it into a small slices in a large bowl,bananas are a very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of manganese,vitamin C,potassium,dietary fiber,potassium biotin and copper.The nutritional value of vitamin B6 are 33 percentage and vitamin C are 11 percentage.

Next add the apple pieces,apples are one of the healthiest food a person can eat.They are rich in fiber,vitamin and less calories,no fat or cholesterol it as various antioxidants,calories contains 52,sugar 10.4g,carbs 13.8g,fiber 2.4g.

Now add smashed jaggery into the mixed fruits,instead of jaggery you can also add sugar cane powder for a sweet taste,if you want you can also add boiled milk into panchamrudam,as you all know milk are rich in high proteins and calcium.
