Ingredients of Palak Soup

0.50 kg Green Palak
3.00 no Onion
3.00 no Green Mirchi
0.75 cup Vegetable Ghee or Oil
1.00 tbsp Cumin Seeds
4.00 cup Cold water
4.00 cup Normal Water
1.00 tbsp Lemon Juice
1.00 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1.50 tbsp Salt
3.00 tbsp Cream of Malai

Palak Soup

Take Fresh and Green bunch of Palak. Take 3 Onion and 3 Green Mirchi. Aggregate all vegetables in a plate.

Now take a steel container and wash it with water. Take fresh & green Palak leaves and wash it properly with water. Put all palak leaves in cold water in to container for 10 – 15 minutes.
