Ingredients of Palak Soup
STEP : 1
Take Fresh and Green bunch of Palak. Take 3 Onion and 3 Green Mirchi. Aggregate all vegetables in a plate.

Now take a steel container and wash it with water. Take fresh & green Palak leaves and wash it properly with water. Put all palak leaves in cold water in to container for 10 15 minutes.

Now cut out all Palak Leaves into medium sized pieces and soak into cold water for 5 10 minutes.
STEP : 4
After 5 10 minutes take out chopped pieces of Palak Leaves. Also make fine to medium sized pieces of Onion and Green Mirchi. Aggregate all vegetables in a plate.

Now take another steel container or pan and wash it properly with water. Make it dry by clean cloth and put it on gas stove.
STEP : 6
Now take 3 tbsp of Vegetable Oil in to the steel container and put on the gas flame. Let it be heat the oil at medium flame.

After proper hitting of oil add 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds in to the container. Let it saute for 45 seconds at low flame up to it gets brownish color.

Then make the flame very low and add finely chopped pieces of Onion and Green Mirchi in to the container.

Let be saute the pieces of Onion and green Mirchi for 1 minute or it gets light brownish color with constant and slowly stirring at low flame.

After proper frying of onion and mirchi, add 1 cup of water in to the container and stir it properly by spoon. Let it boil for 5 minutes.

After proper boiling of water content, add all medium sizely chopped pieces of Palak Leaves in to the container. Add a pinch of salt in to the container.

Now mix the whole content properly by constant and slow stirring with spoon. So that all vegetables can mix up properly with each other. Let be heat the content for 5 minutes.

Now add 1 tbsp of Salt in to the container and stir it properly by spoon so that salt can be dissolve in preparation properly.

Now make the flame of gas stove up to medium and let it boil for 5 minutes with occasional stirring by spoon.

Now make the flame low and close the container with lid and let be cock the content properly for 5 7 minutes at low flame with occasional stirring.

After proper cocking, open the lid and put off the gas stove and let it be cool for 10 minutes with occasional stirring.

After cooling, take blinder and wash the blinder blade with water and put the grinder in to the container as shown in Image.

Now switch on the grinder and let grind the content in the container at low speed with slow moving for 1 minute.

After slow grinding for 1 minute, make the speed of grinder high and grind the content for 3 4 minutes or up to it gets smooth pury.

Now take out the grinder and add 1 cup of water and stir it properly so that proper consistency of preparation can be maintain.

Now put the container on gas stove at high flame and let it boil gently for 5 minutes with occasional stirring.

During 5 minute boiling add 1 tbsp of fresh Lemon Juice in to the container and mix it properly with stirring.

Now add 1 tbsp of Black Pepper powder in to the container and mix it properly with constant stirring and let be boil for 1 minute so that proper taste of black pepper can be merge in preparation.

Now check the taste of preparation and then add require qty. of salt, lemon juice and black pepper. Also check the thickness of preparation. If it is thick then add require qty. of water and it is less thick then boil it for more time.

Now The Green and Hot Palak Soup is ready to serve and serve in to the serving Bowl as shown in image.

For garnishing and creamy texture, add 2 tbsp of smooth cream paste in to the serving bowl as shown in image.
