- 7.00 nos Palak
- 1.25 kg Rice
- 3.25 cup Oil
- 2.25 cup Curd
- 5.00 nos Onions
- 1.25 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1.25 tbsp Salt
- 2.25 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1.25 tbsp Caraway seeds
- 6.00 nos Cloves
- 6.00 nos Cardamon
- 2.00 nos Cinnamon
- 4.00 nos Green chillies
- 1.00 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1.25 tbsp Mint leaves
- 10.00 nos Almonds
Instructions
Palak Rice
- These are the simple 17 ingredients required to make the Palak ki biryani with Curd in the home
- First step you need to cut the Palak leaves and you need to chopped the Onions and keep aside
- Next step you need to take the cooking utensil and put it on the stove and add the 4 to 5 table spoon of oil in it
- After heating the oil Now you need to add the chopped Onions in the cooking utensil as shown
- When the Onions comes to the light brown in colour you need to add the one table spoon of ginger garlic paste and salt in it and mix it well
- After adding ginger garlic paste and salt you need to add the half utensil of water in it and cook the water till it gets to the boiling
- When the water comes to the boiling you need to add the washed rice in the cooking utensil as shown and cook it
- Till the rice gets cooked you need to take the frying pan put it on the stove and add the 2 cups of oil in it and heat it
- After heating the oil Now you need to add the chopped Onions in the frying pan and deep fry it
- You need to fry the Onion till the light brown in colour and remove it in the plate as shown
- After deep frying the Onions next step in the same frying pan you need to add the Palak leaves in the frying pan as shown
- After adding the Palak leaves in the frying pan next you need to add the Almonds and one table spoon of red chilli powder and turmeric powder in it as shown
- Next you need to add the 6 to 7 Cloves, Cardamon and one table spoon of Caraway seeds and 3 to 4 small Cinnamon
- Next you need to add the chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves and 2 to 4 green chilles as shown
- Next you need to add the above fried Onions in the frying pan for the taste
- Next you need to add the one cup of Curd in the frying pan as shown
- After adding all the ingredients in the frying pan you need to mix it well and you need to be cooked for 5 to 7 minutes
- In this step, now the rice is cooked and Palak akhni is also cooked so now you need to add it in the rice as shown
- After adding the Palak akhni you need to mix it well the rice as shown
- To eat with Palak rice you need to make the Curd so you need to take the Curd in the bowl and add some ginger garlic paste and salt as per the taste
- Next you need to add chopped onion and chopped green chilles and coriander leaves as shown and mix it well
- If you need to required water in the Curd so you can add some water as your requirement and mix it well
