This dish Beto shaker porota is a tipical bengali bread.It is prepare in einter season when we easily get Beto shak in market.Beto shak's hindi name is bathua saag is containt high ammount of iron and vitamins in it.

Ingredients of Palak paratha

0.25 kg Beto shak or bathua shak
0.25 tbsp Ginger grated
8.00 no Garlic cloves
2.00 cup Ata or wheat flour
4.00 tbsp Refine oil
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Ajwain

At first we need bathua shak or beto shak for this recipe. Turn of the small leaves from the shak stalk. Keep them aside . Now wash them under running water properly. Be care full while washing it remove the mud particals.

Now drain out the water from it and keep aside the shak. Take a bowl and add the washes shak in it. Take 6 to 8 cloves of garlic remove its skin and add the garlic in the same bowl.

Mix them and make a smooth & soft dough . Add extra water if needed while making the dough. Make orange shaped balls from the dough. Roll the balls and make them paratha shape . Place them in heated tawa put refine oil and fry both sides turn wise. Paratha is ready serve hot.
