STEP : 1
Beto shak' its a Bengali name contain high protein and vitamin in it. Beto shak 's hindi version is' Bathua shak ' it is very famous in north India too. Today I am going to share beto or bathua shak er porota a breakfast dish.
STEP : 2
At first we need bathua shak or beto shak for this recipe. Turn of the small leaves from the shak stalk. Keep them aside . Now wash them under running water properly. Be care full while washing it remove the mud particals.

Now drain out the water from it and keep aside the shak. Take a bowl and add the washes shak in it. Take 6 to 8 cloves of garlic remove its skin and add the garlic in the same bowl.

Now add 1 inch of grated ginger in it . Add 2 pinch of salt and 1 cup of water in it and keep it in the stove for boiling. After few mins turn off the gas and keep aside it to be cold.

In the another hand take flour or ata add 2 tbsp. of refine oil in it ; add carom seeds or ajwain; salt in it. Mix all the things properly. Now add the boiled beto shak and its left juice in it.
STEP : 6
Mix them and make a smooth & soft dough . Add extra water if needed while making the dough. Make orange shaped balls from the dough. Roll the balls and make them paratha shape . Place them in heated tawa put refine oil and fry both sides turn wise. Paratha is ready serve hot.
