It is prepared by blanching and grinding palak. 

So for kids and for people who hesitate to eat palak, this recipe is a great alternative as palak contains so much nutrients and health benefits in it. 

This recipe can either be prepared in thin consistency which is called palak paneer curry or in a thick consistency which is called palak paneer gravy. 

Only the consistency changes its name but the taste and ingredients added is almost the same for all kinds of palak paneer recipes.

Ingredients of Palak paneer

0.25 kg paneer cubes
0.50 kg spinach
2.00 no onion
1.00 no garlic
1.00 no ginger cubes
2.00 no tomato
0.50 tbsp garam masala
2.00 tbsp ghee
0.25 cup oil
0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp sugar
4.00 no green chili

Palak paneer

Take some paneer, spinach, onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, garam masala, green chili and ghee all those things bring together and keep aside.

cut the spinach properly and wash it with some water then hot a pan and add some water in it , when water become hot add the spinach then boil it and keep aside for cooling.

Then paste the spinach and keep aside , cut the paneer in small pieces , paste the tomato and green chili, paste the ginger and garlic, chop the onion , and all the masalas bring together and keep aside .

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when oil become hot add the chopped onion and fry the onion on high flame on gas oven .
