Ingredients of Palak paneer
STEP : 1
Take some paneer, spinach, onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, garam masala, green chili and ghee all those things bring together and keep aside.

cut the spinach properly and wash it with some water then hot a pan and add some water in it , when water become hot add the spinach then boil it and keep aside for cooling.

Then paste the spinach and keep aside , cut the paneer in small pieces , paste the tomato and green chili, paste the ginger and garlic, chop the onion , and all the masalas bring together and keep aside .

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when oil become hot add the chopped onion and fry the onion on high flame on gas oven .

Then add the ginger and garlic pate in to the fried onion and cook it for two minutes in high flame on gas oven .

Then add the tomato and green chili paste in to the cooked masala and cook it for another two minutes in high flame .

Then add the half spoon garam masala in to the cooked masala and cook it in high flame on gas oven

Then add the salt sugar and ghee in to the cooked spinach and paneer and cook then another two minutes in high flame .
